Best Ever Lemon Pie 🥧

If there’s one dessert I could have for the rest of my life, it would be homemade lemon pie. Sweet and tangy, creamy and airy, it doesn’t get better than this.

Lemon desserts have changed my life by showing me what that quote means in different lemony forms: 

when life gives you lemons, make lemonade & lemon pie

Lemons have taught me how to turn sour to sweet. I have my friend Sarah to thank for getting me into baking by inspiring me and letting me taste her baked goods in the first place.
